When eczema keeps coming back

Eczema can be exhausting. The skin may calm down for a short time, then flare again with heat, stress, sweat, foods, weather changes, detergents, bath products, or no obvious trigger at all.

Baby Eczema

For infants and toddlers with sensitive, eczema-prone skin. Care may focus on gentle, external herbal bath support, parent guidance, and Chinese medicine pattern assessment.

External support

Children’s Eczema

For children with chronic, recurring, itchy, dry, red, weepy, or reactive eczema patterns that affect comfort, sleep, school, or daily life.

Family-guided care

Adult Eczema

For adults with stubborn eczema, recurring flares, stress-reactive skin, dry or thickened patches, weeping, itching, or flare cycles that keep returning.

Herbal care

Pattern-Based Chinese Medicine

Chinese medicine looks beyond the surface of the skin. We assess whether the eczema pattern appears more hot, damp, dry, reactive, digestion-related, stress-related, or mixed.

Pattern review

How the online consultation works

You complete an intake form and may voluntarily provide photos of the skin. During the consultation, we review the eczema history, skin pattern, digestion, sleep, stress, diet, triggers, products used on the skin, and current medical care.

1

Share your eczema history

Tell us about the flare pattern, skin appearance, triggers, sleep, digestion, stress, diet, medications, skin-care products, and what you have already tried.

2

Pattern-based review

Dr. Garcia reviews the presentation through Chinese medicine to understand whether the skin looks more red, hot, dry, damp, weepy, thickened, reactive, or mixed.

3

Personalized care guidance

If appropriate, you receive individualized herbal care guidance, topical support, skin routine recommendations, trigger awareness, and practical next steps.

Safety comes first

Chinese medicine support is complementary care and does not replace pediatric, dermatology, primary care, urgent care, or emergency medical treatment. Seek medical care for fever, rapidly spreading rash, blisters, yellow or honey-colored crusting, pus, swelling, warmth, unusual pain, poor feeding in an infant, lethargy, or sudden worsening symptoms.
